Ice Cream for Breakfast

This recipe doesn’t look like much, but make it and you’ll thank me. If you don’t have a mini-processor, you can triple or quadruple this recipe, make it in a large processor, and store leftovers in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • Approx. 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

  • Approx 1 1/2 cups frozen berries

Two Good Greek yogurt highly recommended.

It might seem like too many berries, but this is what gives you the consistency of ice cream.

Directions

  • Put berries and yogurt into food processor and puree for about 1 minute; if berries clump together uncooperatively, may require some mid-processing spoon-poking!
  • Scoop into a soup bowl and enjoy.
